Acloché LLC in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead pediatric ABA programs across clinic, home, and community settings.

Develop data-driven treatment plans, supervise RBTs and therapists, and ensure high fidelity, ethical practice, and clinical integrity.

Collaborate with families, schools, and healthcare professionals; monitor progress, adjust goals, and deliver parent training to reinforce skills at home.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, active and in good standing, plus any state licensing requirements for Arizona.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience designing and managing ABA treatment programs for pediatric populations with autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with ability to manage a flexible hybrid workflow.

Responsabilités

• Assessments & evaluations to identify strengths, target behaviors, and developmental needs.
• Develop data-driven ABA care plans and BIPs focused on communication, social skills, daily living, and self-help.
• Supervise RBTs and Behavior Therapists to ensure high fidelity and ethical compliance.
• Monitor progress with ongoing data collection and adjust plans as children develop.
• Collaborate with families to provide parent training and ensure consistent strategies across settings.
• Coordinate with schools and other healthcare professionals to support the child in all environments.
