Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-center team in Arizona. You will deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to autistic children, supervise RBTs, and mentor trainees while working with clinical leaders to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or education.
• Active BCBA certification with BACB, plus licensure in applicable states.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stay active during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Set individualized, evidence-based goals in collaboration with families after a thorough assessment.
• Deliver high-quality ABA treatment in a positive, child-centered environment.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, compassionate care.
• Collaborate with families to track progress and celebrate growth.
• Take part in peer collaboration and professional development guided by ABC's clinical leaders.
