Job summary

Axis for Autism is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and train a diverse clinical team across clinic, school, home, and community settings. You will design and oversee individualized ABA-based programs, complete FBAs, and ensure treatment plans are implemented with fidelity to improve client outcomes.

You will collaborate closely with Operations and Clinical Teams to ensure quality of care, authorization, supervision, and ongoing professional development for staff.

Qualifications

• BCBA credential required with supervisory responsibilities over ABA staff.
• Experience in designing and implementing ABA-based programs.
• Ability to complete FBAs and develop treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise a clinical team across BCBA, BCaBA, and RBT staff.
• Oversee implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans with fidelity.
• Collaborate with Operations and Clinical teams to ensure quality of care.
• Lead and model a positive, collaborative culture in all settings.
