Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) in Texas seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead in-center ABA therapy for autistic children. You will set goals with families after assessments and deliver high-quality, play-based interventions in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include supervising RBTs, mentoring trainees, and tracking progress with families. You will engage in ongoing professional development with ABC's clinical leadership to drive outcomes and quality

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or education.
• Active BCBA certification with BACB®, plus licensure in applicable states.
• Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs and deliver evidence-based ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

• Set individualized, evidence-based goals in collaboration with families after a thorough assessment.
• Deliver high-quality ABA treatment in a child-centered environment.
