Job summary

ACES ABA in Arizona seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead tailored ABA programs for children with autism and developmental disabilities. The role supports in-center, in-home, or telehealth delivery, with a collaborative team focused on outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA Certification required or equivalent
• Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst or in process to obtain licensure
• Experience developing and implementing client programs in ABA preferred
• Strong leadership and staff mentorship abilities
• Criminal background check, TB test, and immunizations compliance
• Passion for improving quality of life for individuals with autism and families
