Job summary

InBloom Autism Services in Connecticut seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical supervision in our Learning Centers. You will develop ABA-based, child-specific behavior plans and train staff on treatment protocols, with a focus on data-driven progress.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Master's degree in special education, psychology, or related field.
• Experience supervising RBT staff preferred.
• Commitment to ethical practice and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to RBTs working with clients.
• Develop child-specific behavior plans based on ABA.
• Train staff on clients' behavior treatment plans.
• Review data weekly to ensure treatment effectiveness.
• Modify programs as progress changes and conduct assessments at intake and periodically.
• Track authorizations and update treatment plans before expiry.
• Conduct FBAs as needed and participate in BCBA group meetings.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and assist with scheduling.
