Job summary

InBloom Autism Services is seeking a BCBA to lead supervision of RBTs and develop individualized ABA plans for children in our Learning Centers. You will train staff, review data weekly, and adjust treatment plans to meet client progress.

The role requires a BCBA, a Master’s in a related field, and strong analytical and collaborative skills to advance outcomes for families and children served by our center.

Qualifications

• BACB BCBA required.
• Master’s in special education or psychology.
• Extensive knowledge and training in behavior analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to RBTs working with clients.
• Develop a child-specific behavior plan in accordance with ABA.
• Train each staff member on their client’s behavior treatment plan.
• Continually review data to ensure treatment effectiveness.
• Modify programs to reflect progress or mastery.
• Conduct functional assessments (FBAs) as needed.
• Track authorizations dates and update treatment plans.
• Monitor and adjust behavior plans throughout treatment.
• Conduct regular parent/caretaker training.
• Maintain knowledge of programs and certifications via CEU events.
