InBloom Autism Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Learning Centers in Colorado Springs. You will supervise RBTs, develop ABA-based behavior plans, and lead staff training to support children and families.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clinical leaders, ongoing data-driven treatment adjustments, and a strong commitment to professional growth within a supportive, in-office environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in special education, psychology, or related field.
• Experience supervising staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to RBTs working with clients.
• Develop child-specific behavior plans based on ABA.
• Train staff on client behavior treatment plans.
• Review data weekly to ensure treatment effectiveness.
• Adjust programs as clients progress or learn new skills.
