Job summary

InBloom Autism Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services in our Learning Centers. You will supervise RBTs, develop child-specific ABA plans, and train staff to deliver effective, data-driven interventions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clinical leadership and ongoing program optimization. The BCBA will conduct assessments, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with BACB codes and HIPAA policies while supporting family training and center

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in special education, psychology, or related field.
• Experience supervising RBT staff preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ABA and behavior analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to RBTs working with clients.
• Develop child-specific behavior plans based on ABA.
• Train staff on clients’ behavior treatment plans.
• Review data weekly to ensure treatment effectiveness.
• Modify programs as needed based on progress.
• Conduct FBAs and ongoing assessments as required.
• Monitor and update treatment plans before authorizations expire.
• Provide parent/caretaker training.
• Maintain HIPAA and BACB compliance.
