Job summary

InBloom Autism Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical programs in our Learning Centers in Wisconsin. The role focuses on supervising RBTs, developing individualized ABA plans, and guiding frontline staff to optimize child outcomes.

The BCBA will conduct ongoing assessments, train caretakers, and ensure compliance with BACB codes and HIPAA. A strong leadership mindset, data-driven practice, and dedication to families are essential.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in a related field with behavioral health knowledge.
• Previous supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to RBTs and support staff.
• Develop child-specific ABA behavior plans.
• Train staff on client behavior treatment plans.
• Review data weekly to ensure treatment effectiveness.
• Conduct FBAs and other assessments as needed.
• Coordinate and schedule client treatment plans and authorizations.
• Maintain center presence during business hours and support clinical needs.
