Job summary

InBloom Autism Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise RBTs across our Learning Centers. You will develop child-specific ABA plans, train staff on treatment protocols, and conduct regular data reviews to ensure progress for each client.

The Learning Center is not yet opened, so training may occur at nearby centers if hired before opening. The role requires BCBA certification, a Master’s degree in a related field, and strong supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in special education, psychology, or related field.
• Extensive knowledge and training in behavior analysis.
• Previous supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to RBTs working with clients.
• Develop child-specific ABA behavior plans.
• Train staff on client’s behavior treatment plan.
• Conduct weekly data reviews to ensure treatment effectiveness.
• Modify programs as needed.
• Perform assessments at intake and every 6 months (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS).
• Track authorizations and update plans before expiration.
• Monitor and adjust plans with child progression.
• Conduct FBAs as needed.
• Participate in BCBA group meetings and 1:1 meetings with CIO.
• Provide parent/caretaker training.
• Maintain knowledge through CEU events.
• Assist with scheduling and provide direct coverage.
