Job summary

InBloom Autism Services in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise RBTs and lead ABA-based treatment plans for children in our Learning Centers.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized behavior plans, train staff, and monitor progress with regular data reviews. A Master’s degree and BCBA certification are required, with supervision experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs or BCBA candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to RBTs working with clients.
• Develop child-specific ABA behavior plans.
• Train staff on behavior treatment plans.
• Conduct weekly data reviews to ensure effectiveness.
• Modify programs as needed.
• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS) at intake and every 6 months.
• Track authorizations and update treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans accordingly.
• Perform FBAs as needed.
• Attend group and 1:1 meetings with CIO.
