Job summary

InBloom Autism Services is seeking a Senior Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to oversee behavior-analytic services across our Learning Center. The role includes planning, developing, and monitoring ABA treatment plans for clients with ASD, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with families, schools, and related services providers.

The ideal candidate holds BCBA certification, a master's degree in a related field, and has proven supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and licensure required per BACB
• Master's degree in special education, psychology, or related field preferred
• Experience supervising staff in autism services

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision to RBTs and supervise staff per BCBA guidance
• Develop and monitor individualized ABA behavior plans
• Train staff on client-specific behavior plans and data collection
• Review data weekly and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Conduct FBAs and functional assessments when required
• Attend team meetings and coordinate with families and providers
