Job summary

InBloom Autism Services is seeking passionate BCBAs to lead, supervise, and grow within our Learning Centers. You will develop child-specific ABA plans, supervise RBTs, and train families while partnering with clinical leadership to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in special education, psychology, or related field.
• Experience in supervision preferred.
• Must follow BACB ethics and HIPAA policies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs).
• Develop child-specific behavior plans in accordance with ABA.
• Train staff on each client’s behavior treatment plan.
• Review data weekly to ensure treatment effectiveness.
• Modify programs as progress is made or mastered.
• Conduct assessments at intake and every 6 months (VB-MAPP/ABLLS/AFLS).
• Track authorizations dates and update treatment plans before expiration.
• Monitor and adjust behavior plans throughout treatment.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as needed.
• Participate in bi-weekly BCBA group meetings and monthly 1:1 with CIO.
• Provide regular parent/caretaker training.
