Job summary

InBloom Autism Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Learning Centers in a hands-on, center-based role. You will supervise RBTs, develop and supervise child-specific ABA plans, and collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure high-quality care.

You’ll train staff, review data weekly, and adjust plans as children progress. Expect ongoing professional development, family training, and a supportive culture that values your expertise and growth.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required by BACB.
• Master's degree in a related field with behavioral health training.
• Extensive knowledge and training in behavior analysis.
• Supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to RBTs working with clients.
• Develop child-specific ABA behavior plans.
• Train staff on client behavior plans.
• Review data weekly to ensure treatment effectiveness.
• Modify programs as progress occurs.
• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP/ABLLS/AFLS) on intake and every 6 months.
• Track authorizations and update treatment plans before expiry.
• Monitor and adjust behavior plans as clients progress.
• Conduct FBAs as needed.
• Attend BCBA group meetings and 1:1 with CIO.
• Provide parent/caretaker training.
• Maintain knowledge through CEU events.
• Assist with scheduling and provide coverage as needed.
• Be present in center during business hours.
• Support with clinical needs and 28 weekly hours.

Education

BCBA certification (BACB)

Master's degree in special education or psychology

Behavior analysis expertise

Supervision experience preferred
