Job summary

InBloom Autism Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise RBTs, develop child-specific ABA plans, and train staff on each client’s treatment protocol. The role involves data reviews, program adjustments, and conducting FBAs as needed to support progress.

The BCBA will lead clinical activities in our New Britain, CT learning centers, coordinate with families, and participate in regular meetings and staff development, ensuring high-quality care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of behavior analysis principles.
• Experience supervising RBTs or BCBA candidates is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to RBTs and supervise BCBA candidates.
• Develop child-specific ABA behavior plans.
• Train staff on clients' treatment plans.
• Review weekly data to ensure treatment effectiveness.
• Modify programs as progress occurs or mastery is reached.
• Conduct FBAs and assessments at intake and 6-month intervals.
• Monitor and update treatment plans and authorizations as needed.
• Schedule and participate in regular clinical meetings and parent training.
• Maintain center presence during business hours.
• Provide direct clinical coverage when required.
