Job summary

Cap City Supported Living in Columbus, OH seeks a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst-BCBA to lead ABA program development and supervise staff.

You will design treatment plans, conduct FBAs, train teams, and ensure ethical, outcome-driven services across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• COBA license holder.
• Experience designing ABA treatment protocols and skill acquisition programs.
• Experience collaborating with professionals to implement ABA in home, community, and school settings.
• Experience delivering direct instruction of ABA protocols.
• BACB supervision and ethics requirements completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular training and support to direct care staff implementing treatment protocols in home, school, and community settings.
• Complete FBAs, FA, and design behavior intervention plans, with follow-through support for correct implementation.
• Design skill acquisition protocols including communication, social, independence, and behavior skills.
• Review and analyze data to determine program outcomes and train staff on data collection.
• Provide oversight to cases, staff and family to ensure policies are followed and ethical standards.
• Provide regular training to parents and multidisciplinary professionals on ABA applications.
• Comply with regulations and BACB task list.
• Work with therapists, providers, BCBAs, and school staff for effective programs.
• Demonstrate professional conduct at all times.
