Proud Moments ABA in Columbus, GA is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children on the autism spectrum. Full-time or part-time opportunities offer flexible schedules, meaningful client impact, and strong clinical support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills while working in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Utilize expertise to develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism
• Share in clients’ achievements as they develop positive behaviors and new skills
• Provide support during family conversations to ensure parents understand assessment results and treatment recommendations
• Advocate for clients by monitoring for potential issues and communicating concerns
• Share knowledge through supervision, support, training, and orientation of team of behavioral technicians
• Move with children through session areas; perform physical activities as needed to support sessions
