Job summary

Cap City Supported Living is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead ABA therapy services. This role involves supervising staff, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with families and professionals to ensure ethical, data-driven practice in home, school, and community settings.

You will train caregivers, review outcomes, and ensure compliance with BACB guidelines while supporting growth and quality care in a dynamic team environment in Columbus, OH.

Qualifications

• BCBA/BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• COBA license required.
• Experience designing ABA treatment protocols.
• Experience implementing ABA in home, school, community.
• Experience supervising staff and training parents.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and training to staff in home, school, and community settings.
• Develop and implement ABA treatment plans and FBAs/FA as needed.
• Design skill acquisition and communication/social goals.
• Monitor data and adjust programs; ensure fidelity.
• Ensure compliance with policies and ethics; collaborate with teams.
• Lead parent and professional trainings; participate in team meetings.
• Maintain BACB certification and stay current with ethics and CPR/First Aid.
