Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Ohio. The role involves leading ABA programs, supervising behavior technicians, and collaborating with families to improve outcomes in a center-based setting.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification is required.
• Licensure in states of practice where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director
• Meet both hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment equaling an average of 25 billable hours per week
• Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in both the clinic and home setting
• Maintain relationships with parents and conduct caregiver training sessions as assigned with a minimum of 1 parent training per client per month
• Ensure programming is ethical and appropriately individualized with oversight of RBT supervision hours
• Design and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clients
• Update progress reports and oversee/monitor ABA programs
