Job summary

Cap City Supported Living in Ohio is seeking a Lead BCBA to build the clinical side from the ground up. This full-time role offers growth potential, flexible scheduling, and strong leadership support.

You will develop ABA treatment plans, supervise staff, conduct FBAs/FA, and ensure ethical practice. Collaboration with therapists, parents, and school teams is key, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Certification as a BCBA or BCaBA in good standing with BACB.
• Licensed COBA credential is required.
• Experience designing ABA treatment protocols and skill acquisition plans.
• Experience training staff and supervising direct care workers.
• Proficiency in data collection and analyzing treatment outcomes.
• Commitment to ethics and BACB supervision standards.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular training and support to direct care staff in home, school, and community settings.
• Complete FBAs and FAs, and design behavior intervention plans.
• Develop skill acquisition programs and communication/social goals.
• Review data to assess outcomes and ensure accurate data collection.
• Oversee cases to ensure policies and ethical practices are followed.
• Train parents and multidisciplinary professionals in ABA applications.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and BACB task list.
• Collaborate with therapists, BCBAs, and school staff.
