Job summary

Cap City Supported Living is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA therapy services for children. You will supervise staff, develop treatment plans, and ensure ethical practice across home, school, and community settings.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs/FA, designing behavior intervention plans, and training parents and multidisciplinary teams. You will collaborate with other therapists and school staff while maintaining BACB certification and staying compliant

Qualifications

• Certification as BCBA or BCaBA in good standing with BACB.
• COBA licence required.
• Experience designing ABA treatment protocols and behavior intervention plans.
• Experience training staff and families in ABA.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and support to direct care staff across home, school, and community settings.
• Complete FBAs/FA and design behavior intervention plans.
• Develop skill acquisition protocols for communication, social, independence, and behavior.
• Review data to assess outcomes and train staff on data collection.
• Ensure compliance with policies and ethical standards.
• Deliver parent and professional trainings on ABA applications.
• Collaborate with therapists, BCBAs, and school staff.
• Maintain BACB certification status and supervise staff as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
