Job summary

Apploi in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and oversee ABA therapy programs for children. The role involves developing treatment plans, supervising staff, and collaborating with professionals in home, school, and community settings.

The ideal candidate holds BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB standing, a COBA license, and proven experience designing protocols, conducting FBAs, and training families. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Hold a BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Maintain COBA license and be compliant with BACB requirements.
• Experience designing ABA treatment protocols and skill acquisition programs.
• Experience collaborating with professionals to implement ABA in multiple settings.
• Experience delivering direct instruction and training to staff and families.
• Completion of BACB supervision and ethics requirements.
• CPR and First Aid current.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular training and support to direct care staff implementing protocols.
• Perform FBAs and FA, and design behavior intervention plans.
• Develop skill acquisition protocols for communication, social skills, independence, and behavior.
• Review data and train staff on correct data collection.
• Oversee cases and staff to ensure ethical, policy-compliant treatment.
• Train parents and professionals on ABA applications.
• Adhere to professional development, safety, and confidentiality policies.
• Collaborate with therapists, providers, BCBAs, and school staff.
• Maintain professional conduct at all times.
