Job summary

Cap City Supported Living in Columbus, OH is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCaBA) to lead ABA therapy programs for children. You will supervise staff, develop treatment plans, and ensure ethical practice, data-driven decisions, and fidelity across home, school, and community settings.

The role emphasizes collaboration with therapists, parents, and educators, ongoing training, and adherence to BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB
• COBA licence valid
• Experience designing treatment protocols and behavior intervention plans
• Experience training staff, parents, and direct care workers in ABA
• Experience collaborating with professionals to implement ABA in home, community and school settings
• Maintenance of BACB supervision and ethics requirements
• CPR and First Aid current

Responsibilities

• Provide regular training and support to direct care staff implementing treatment protocols in home, school, and community settings
• Complete FBAs, FA, and design behavior intervention plans with follow-through support
• Design skill acquisition protocols for communication, social, independence, and behavior goals
• Review and analyze data to determine program outcomes and train staff on data collection
• Supervise cases and ensure policies and ethics are followed
• Provide training to parents and multidisciplinary professionals on ABA applications
• Comply with regulations and BACB task list
• Collaborate with therapists, providers, BCBAs, and school staff
• Demonstrate professional and ethical conduct at all times
• Participate in team meetings and trainings
• Maintain BACB certification status
• Perform other duties as assigned
