Job summary

Cap City Supported Living in Columbus, OH is seeking a Lead BCBA to build the clinical side from the ground up, shaping program design and implementation across home, school, and community settings.

You will supervise direct care staff, develop treatment plans, complete FBAs/FBAs, design skill acquisition protocols, monitor data, ensure ethical practice, and lead parent and professional training in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• COBA license required.
• Experience designing ABA protocols, FBAs/FBAs and skill acquisition programs.
• Experience collaborating with professionals across home, community, and school settings.
• Experience delivering instruction and staff training in ABA.
• BACB supervision and ethics requirements completed.
• Maintain CPR and First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular training and support to direct care staff implementing treatment protocols in home, school, and community settings.
• Complete FBAs, FA analyses, and design behavior intervention plans with follow-through.
• Design skill acquisition protocols for communication, social skills, independence, and behavior.
• Analyze data to assess outcomes and train staff on data collection.
• Oversee cases, staff and families to ensure policy compliance and ethical treatment.
• Train parents and multidisciplinary professionals on ABA applications.
• Comply with regulations and BACB task lists; maintain professional development and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with therapists, BCBAs, and school staff for effective programs.
• Demonstrate professional conduct at all times.
