Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Fair Lawn, NJ. The BCBA will supervise BTs/RBTs, review session data with staff and families, and adjust treatment plans for a small caseload.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• BCBA certification verified by Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Experience with children/adolescents with special needs preferred.
• Proficient in Office 365 applications and ABA software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families, interpret results, adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns.
