The role emphasizes intentional work, professional autonomy, and collaborative practice, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for remote or telehealth engagement when clinically appropriate.

Competenze

• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
• BCBA certification and state licensure or eligibility required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education or related field required.
