Elevated Kids, an ABA provider in Austin, TX, seeks a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to guide clinical programming and work closely with families. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support meaningful progress in daily environments, including homes and community settings.

The role emphasizes naturalistic, developmentally appropriate strategies, parent coaching, and a commitment to high-quality, compassionate care with opportunities for advancement. Flexible schedule offered.

Competenze

• Current BCBA certification and good standing.
• State licensure in good standing.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Ability to pass background checks and screenings.
• Strong communication with families and teams.
