Zusammenfassung

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise a small caseload of clients, guiding BTs/RBTs and collaborating with families. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and implementing individualized treatment plans.

The BCBA will work closely with the Clinical Manager, participate in team meetings, and ensure high-quality behavior analytic services while maintaining a compassionate, client-centered approach.

Qualifikationen

• Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of appropriate behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.
• Proficient as Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms
• Ability to meet the rigorous demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and frequent interaction with children.

Aufgaben

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review data collected in sessions with staff and families, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision by observing and conducting team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment, behavior modification, or staff.
