Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising BCaBAs and RBTs, training caregivers, maintaining progress records, and collaborating with families, schools, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or coursework with supervised hours.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.

• Supervise and mentor BCaBAs, RBTs, and other support staff.
