Job summary

Strategic Therapy Autism Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized ABA programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in New Jersey. The role emphasizes ethical practice, ongoing supervision of RBTs, and collaboration with families.

You will design, oversee, and adjust treatment plans, use advanced ABA techniques, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and NJ license (or ability to obtain before starting).
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience applying ABA with children/adolescents with autism.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and oversee all aspects of individual treatment plans.
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments including functional analyses.
• Teach new skills and generalize across settings.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and field staff.
• Facilitate family discussions with results and recommendations.
• Review and sign off on treatment plans to ensure quality.
