Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in New Jersey for full- or part-time clinical roles. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism, collaborate with families, and contribute to a supportive regional clinical team that emphasizes data-driven care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (depending on state) or sitting for the exam in the next 3 months.
• Demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children with autism spectrum disorders.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions to support children with autism.
• Share in clients’ progress as they develop positive behaviors and new skills.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Mentor and orient a growing team of behavioral technicians.
