Qualifications

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or coursework with supervised hours.
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with diverse populations (children and adults).

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Conduct assessments, develop behavioral plans, and train caregivers on behavioral strategies.
• Supervise and mentor BCaBAs, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other support staff.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with clients' families, schools, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA.
