Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join as a full‑time or part‑time clinical expert in New Jersey. You will lead ABA-based interventions for children on the autism spectrum, supported by a robust clinical team and advanced data tools.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license (state dependent) or exam scheduled within 3 months.
• Demonstrated ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.
• Commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor progress and share client achievements with families.
• Explain assessment results and treatment recommendations to parents.
• Advocate for clients by raising concerns when needed.
• Provide supervision, training, and orientation to technicians.
• Engage in hands-on sessions with children aged 2–15, including physical activity as required.
