Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification.
• Minimum of one year of ABA client supervision or field supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and work with caregivers to create meaningful goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans and ABA programs for clients.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of behavior therapists and ensure clinical integrity of programs.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes; review session notes regularly.
