Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative clinical team in the United States. This role supports center-based services, in-home ABA, or a hybrid schedule, with mentorship and flexible work-life balance.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, supervise BTs/RBTs, coach families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or equivalent
• Laboratory ABA/LABA state requirements may apply
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes
