Job summary

CrystalCare ABA in New Jersey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, supervise, and oversee individualized ABA therapy programs for clients with autism. You will work closely with families, RBTs, and paraprofessionals to ensure high-quality service delivery.

You will monitor progress with data, adjust plans as needed, and stay up to date with ABA best practices in a supportive, ethical environment. Competitive hourly pay and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior intervention techniques.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized ABA therapy plans tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
• Supervise and provide ongoing support to RBTs and paraprofessionals with guidance and training.
• Conduct assessments to monitor client progress and adjust therapy plans based on data.
• Collaborate with families, offering support, training, and consistent feedback.
• Document and maintain accurate client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment.
• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy.
