Job summary

Central Care Services in New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients across development levels and work within multidisciplinary teams to implement individualized treatment plans.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, schools, and healthcare providers, supervision of BCaBAs and RBTs, ongoing professional development, and maintaining detailed records.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required or completion of coursework with supervised experience hours.
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Conduct assessments, develop behavioral plans, and train caregivers on implementing behavioral strategies.
• Supervise and mentor BCaBAs, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other support staff.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with clients' families, schools, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA.
