Job summary

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or equivalent required.
• Excellent ABA knowledge and principles.
• Autism spectrum disorder experience.
• Strong diagnostic evaluation skills.
• Excellent communication with families and teams.
• Strong data collection and progress tracking.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA-based treatment plans.
• Provide direct behavioral therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust plans.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers and professionals for cohesive care.
• Train and supervise staff in behavior intervention strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
