The Treetop ABA in Virginia is seeking a full-time BCBA to deliver high-quality ABA therapy across in-clinic and in-home settings. This hybrid role blends hands-on clinical work with planning, documentation, and supervision to support a balanced practice.

You will lead assessments, develop treatment plans, mentor RBTs, and collaborate with families and care teams, while enjoying comprehensive benefits and a generous time-off policy.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• Virginia LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver ABA therapy in clinic and home/community settings.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
