Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Virginia is seeking a full-time BCBA to join our hybrid team. You will conduct FBAs, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and collaborate across families and clinicians to achieve high-quality client outcomes.

With a BCBA certification and Virginia LBA, you will lead clinical excellence, mentor RBTs, and maintain thorough data-driven documentation while enjoying a flexible hybrid schedule and supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• Virginia LBA license required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality and consistent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
