The Treetop ABA in Virginia is seeking a full-time BCBA to join our clinician-led team. This hybrid role blends in-clinic ABA therapy with remote planning, documentation, and supervision, with flexible WFH options and a focus on work‑life balance.

Qualificações

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• Virginia LBA licensed required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver ABA therapy in the clinic and support families at home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
