The Treetop ABA is seeking a full-time BCBA in Richmond, VA for a hybrid role blending in-center clinical work with remote planning and supervision. You will conduct FBAs, develop targeted ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to ensure client progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) is required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

• Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Conduct FBAs and track progress with data-driven decisions.
