The Treetop ABA in Roanoke, VA is seeking a full-time BCBA for a hybrid role combining in-center work with remote planning and supervision. This position emphasizes quality care, mentorship, and work-life balance within a supportive clinician-led team.

You will conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families, and utilize data to guide progress while growing professionally in a values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Virginia LBA licensed required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver ABA therapy in clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support.
• Collect and analyze data to guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
