The Treetop ABA in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a full-time BCBA to lead ABA programs, perform FBAs, develop treatment plans, and supervise RBTs, within a hybrid in-clinic and remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Virginia LBA license is required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small, intentional caseload to support high-quality, individualized care.
• Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Conduct assessments and track progress through data-driven decision making.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians / RBTs.
• Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and compliance.
• Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and ethical standards.
