Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Virginia is seeking a full-time BCBA to join our clinician-led team in a hybrid role. You’ll conduct FBAs, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and supervise RBTs while collaborating with families for consistency and strong client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification (required)
• Virginia LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• A compassionate, team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in clinic and support families with home/community goals
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development
