Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking BCBAs for full- and part-time roles in Massachusetts with hybrid work. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, review session data, and adjust individualized treatment plans accordingly.

You will also provide supervision to staff and families through meetings, consult with families on treatment concerns, and benefit from clinical management support, scheduling assistance, and a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required as verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data collected in sessions with staff and families, interpret results, and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide supervision by observing and holding team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment, behavior modification or staff.
