Qualifications

• Master’s degree required with BCBA certification.
• Experience supervising BTs/RBTs and managing a small caseload.
• Knowledge of ABA interventions, ethics, laws, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions, interpret results and adjust treatment plans.
• Supervise by observing meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns.
