Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy in Massachusetts seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload in a supportive, 1:1 setting. The role emphasizes data-driven treatment planning and collaboration with families and staff.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification confirmed by BACB.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adolescents/adults with various needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral interventions, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable interventions.
• Proficient in Office 365 and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data collected in sessions with staff and families; interpret results and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment or staff.
