Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking BCBA professionals for full- and part-time roles in a hybrid Massachusetts setting. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, and collaborate with families to adapt treatment plans.

Role emphasizes data-driven decisions and working with a supportive Clinical Manager. We offer a strong benefits package and 401K; candidates must be BCBA certified and able to assist with physical tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, or adults with various needs.
• Knowledge of ABA strategies, ethics, laws and regulations.
• Proficient with Office 365 and ABA software platforms.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision via staff/family meetings.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns.
